The Goals

With no historic footprint in its target European markets of the UK, France and Germany, SMART Storage Systems appointed Spreckley to launch and introduce the company and its technology to create excitement among the press and analyst communities, as well as build brand awareness among IT professionals.

Achievements

With its GlobalComm partners in Paris and Munich, Spreckley created a PR strategy that included an aggressive strategy of media and analyst outreach, ensured a presence for SMART Storage Systems at European storage events and exhibitions, and undertook a targeted awards programme.

SMART on tour

A press tour – conducted over five days – saw SMART being introduced to over 25 press and analysts and over 45 press mentions as a result.

2 day SNW Europe event

SMART attended SNW Europe in October and conducted a further 15 interviews over two days, Spreckley also secured two speaker slots and organised a private dinner for ten media at the event.
