Spreckley commended by PRCA for ‘Project Rebound’

Spreckley, the UK’s independent B2B technology PR agency, has been commended by the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) for its “Project Rebound” COVID-19 business continuity initiative, as part of its successful renewal of the prestigious PRCA CMS accreditation.

The PRCA Communications Management Standard (CMS) is the hallmark of PR and communications. It was created by the PRCA in 1997, it is based on ISO 9001 and Investors In People, with criteria specifically tailored to the needs of public relations consultancies. Today it has been adopted as the benchmark for over 15 international PR professional bodies.

The CMS singled out Spreckley as a proven deliverer of best practice and a company that meets the highest client care and business management standards. Three core areas that stood out for Spreckley were its effective campaign management systems, its utmost dedication to business improvement and its high level of client satisfaction across all accounts.

Sustained commitment to PR excellence

Carol Magill, PRCA Assessor, stated: “Spreckley Partners Ltd has retained the CMS demonstrating a sustained commitment to public relations and communication excellence. Spreckley’s evidence for CMS demonstrated a methodical, structured approach to their practice with a focus on their team and in-depth attention to detail.

“In particular their evidence based around COVID-19 impacted business change was outstanding, with a very thorough analysis of scenario planning, reflection on vision and client focus. Entitled “Project Rebound” this project plan was exacting and demanding, but had a concern for its people at its heart.”

This latest achievement follows a very successful six months for the agency, which has secured multiple new business wins including Payfone, Amaxa-Pharma, Beringer Tame, NSAR, MARS Studios and others.

“We are delighted to announce that Spreckley has retained CMS for the third year running,” said Richard Merrin, Managing Director, Spreckley. “This accreditation underlines our ongoing commitment to business improvement and ensuring we have the correct systems and structures in place. For our clients, it provides the reassurance that they are getting a professional service from a PR agency that is dedicated to their needs.

“These past few months have undeniably been a difficult time for everyone in our industry and this feedback is a huge commendation to the efforts of our team, our clients and the agency as a whole amid these uncertain times.”
