ShieldIO, Inc. turns to Spreckley for transatlantic launch

ShieldIO, a provider of real-time homomorphic encryption™ for today’s data-centric applications, has selected London based PR agency Spreckley to manage its launch as the cyber security vendor exits stealth mode.

The homomorphic encryption specialist ShieldIO turned to Spreckley to launch its new platform, Autonomous Data Security™, both to US and UK media and analyst communities. The agency is also working with the vendor to transform its online presence with a new website and an increased focus on social platforms.

Richard Merrin, managing director, Spreckley, commented: “We have had to move at lightening speed, working closely with the ShieldIO team to officially launch the business and its latest encryption solutions.

“This has included the complete redesign and reconfiguration of the ShieldIO website, as well as building the associated content needed for a cross-border, transatlantic launch of not just the business, but its latest technology solutions.”

The new product Spreckley is helping to launch has been designed to enable full use of encrypted data – such as search and mathematics tasks – without the need to decrypt or rely on Keystores. This eliminates a number of security risks attached to data decryption, and eases concerns that users may have around moving data to the cloud.

AJ Jennings, Founder and CEO, ShieldIO, added: “What excites us about the way Spreckley works is they get the pressure we are under to deliver this existing proposition to market in record time. The team also recognizes this is not a pure play tech message aimed at the IT press and analyst communities. It’s a solution designed to reduce the risk of data breaches while maintaining compliance with national and international regulations – a message which resonates with business leaders no matter their job function or geographic location.”
