Spreckley welcomes two new Hartley & Marks brands to the fold

Spreckley has been appointed to launch two new Hartley & Marks brands, Alusi Candles and Paper-Oh, to the UK market. Global company Hartley & Marks has forty years of publishing experience and is the power behind iconic journal and diary brand Paperblanks, which has a worldwide dedicated fan base, currently operating in over 48 countries.

Spreckley first started working with Hartley & Marks in 2012, consolidating Paperblanks as a premium product amongst consumer media. Spreckley now looks to recreate this success with new brands Alusi Candles and Paper-Oh notebooks.

These two additions add to the quick growth of Spreckley’s consumer portfolio that spans healthcare, events and homes and interiors.

Alusi Candles, the brainchild of architect Maha Alusi, use unique multi-wick technology that transforms each candle into its own elegant and moving structure.

Paper-Oh, on the other hand, celebrates the functionality of the journal, employing lie-flat binding techniques and 3D perforation that are like nothing else on the market. With an initial Christmas phase launch, each brand will continue to establish its reputation amongst the modern lifestyle audiences covering luxury and design conscious titles.

Sarah White, European Marketing & PR Manager for Hartley & Marks, comments, “Paper-Oh and Alusi encompass the overall ethos of Hartley & Marks which is to make the ordinary extraordinary. We have been thrilled by the commitment Spreckley has shown to consolidating Paperblanks’ media presence and look forward to seeing these two new brands evolve and grow too in the years to come.”

Consumer Account Director, Juliet Francis add, “we feel privileged to have played a part in growing Paperblanks’ dedicated fan base even amongst the consumer media and we look forward to achieving the same success with new brands Paper-Oh and Alusi Candles.”
